Saudia Airlines Joins LEAP Conference to Showcase AI-Powered Innovations

Saudia Airlines, Saudi Arabia’s national carrier, is set to participate in the third edition of the prestigious LEAP conference from March 4th to 7th, 2024, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center. At this event, Saudia will unveil its latest digital advancements, ushering in a new era of service excellence through cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and integrated connectivity solutions designed to elevate the travel experience.

Visitors can expect an interactive experience at Saudia’s stand No. A02, where they can explore various digital projects aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

A major highlight is the introduction of “Travel Companion,” an AI-powered virtual assistant aimed at simplifying booking processes, flight planning, and destination exploration, setting a new standard for travel convenience. Saudia proudly leads the MENA region in pioneering this technology, offering attendees an exclusive preview of its beta version.

Furthermore, Saudia will showcase “GovClick,” an e-wallet service facilitating seamless government ticket issuance and after-sales services through a unified digital platform, with plans to extend its benefits to corporations and individuals.

The revamped digital experience of the “AlFursan” loyalty program underscores Saudia’s commitment to streamlining procedures, allowing guests to effortlessly manage rewards, track mileage activity, and upgrade membership levels with ease.

Additionally, Saudia will introduce “Guest Care,” providing swift and efficient solutions tailored to diverse operational scenarios, ensuring guests stay informed about flight details and disruptions.

Manal Alshehri, Vice President of Digital Transformation at Saudia Group, highlighted the importance of Saudia’s participation in this international conference, held in the Kingdom, a hub for leading events across various sectors. She emphasized the pivotal role of digital transformation initiatives in enhancing guest services and operational processes through AI technologies.

Organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, and Tahaluf Global, the LEAP conference will feature discussions led by international experts, exploring the current achievements and future prospects of artificial intelligence.
