Seamless conversion program unveiled by HKT and Singapore Airlines

HKT (SEHK: 6823) is excited to announce a collaborative partnership between its integrated loyalty and digital commerce platform, The Club, and the Singapore Airlines Group’s KrisFlyer lifestyle rewards program. This collaboration introduces a reciprocal points and miles conversion program, offering members of both The Club and KrisFlyer enhanced benefits and more options to utilize their points and miles.

Through this partnership, The Club and KrisFlyer members can effortlessly convert their KrisFlyer miles into Clubpoints directly on SingaporeAir.com, and vice versa via theclub.com.hk. This opens up an array of travel and lifestyle possibilities, including exclusive member experiences such as tailor-made travel packages, early movie screenings, and priority booking for concerts. Members can use Clubpoints to reduce their expenses on The Club’s platform or exchange Clubpoints for KrisFlyer miles to access a broad selection of rewards, including flight tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, shopping, and dining offers.

The conversion rates are set as follows:

• 1 KrisFlyer mile converts to 0.15 Clubpoint, with a minimum of 3,000 KrisFlyer miles and a maximum of 30,000 KrisFlyer miles allowed per member annually. The conversion results in Clubpoints being rounded down to the nearest whole number.

• 1 Clubpoint converts to 0.6 KrisFlyer mile, requiring a minimum of 100 Clubpoints and allowing up to 10,000 Clubpoints daily and 100,000 Clubpoints annually per member. The resulting KrisFlyer miles are based on the value at the time of conversion. Note, once converted, points cannot be reversed.

To celebrate this new venture, The Club is offering limited-time bonuses for eligible members until 31 May 2024:

• Convert at least 2,000 Clubpoints to KrisFlyer miles in a single transaction to receive a one-time bonus of 500 KrisFlyer miles.

• The first 50 members to convert a total of 22,000 Clubpoints to KrisFlyer miles will receive a bonus of 20,000 KrisFlyer miles.

• A sign-up bonus of 800 KrisFlyer miles is available for the first 2,000 The Club members who join KrisFlyer with the promo code “THECLUB800” through a designated link on the Singapore Airlines website.

This conversion program and the accompanying offers are governed by their respective terms and conditions.

The points and miles conversion, along with the promotional offers, are available from 1 February 2024 to 31 January 2026, with the promotional period for the special offers ending on 31 May 2024. Availability for the special promotions is on a first-come, first-served basis, and each member is limited to one participation per offer during the promotional period. Eligibility for the KrisFlyer Sign Up Bonus is exclusive to new KrisFlyer members who join through the specified promotion link with the designated code.
