Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE: LUV) is teaming up once again with Luck Reunion as its Official Airline, bringing music enthusiasts together at Willie Nelson’s “Luck, TX” ranch just outside Austin, Texas. In its ongoing commitment to foster emerging musical talent, Southwest® is rolling out the fifth edition of its On The Rise to Luck initiative, aimed at propelling the careers of new artists. This initiative not only gives music lovers a shot at attending the distinctive festival through a sweepstakes but also promises an engaging experience with surprise elements and giveaways for those present.

Luck Reunion serves as a one-day celebration dedicated to the ongoing development of American and roots music, set to occur this year on March 14. The partnership between Southwest Airlines® and Luck highlights a shared dedication to nurturing the music scene and spotlighting rising stars. The On The Rise program by Southwest specifically supports emerging artists within the Luck community, receiving over 80 applications this year alone. Artists Victoria Bigelow, Lou Hazel, and Jobi Riccio have been named as the finalists for the Artist On The Rise, showcasing the program’s commitment to uncovering new talent. Music fans are invited to explore Southwest’s music hub, Southwest.fm, from Feb. 19 through March 1, to discover these artists’ stories and vote, ultimately deciding who will kick off the show on the World Headquarters Stage at Luck Reunion. The winner will be unveiled on March 6, joining a lineup of past participants like Arcy Drive, Ida Mae, Katie Pruitt, and Thomas Csorba.

For those eager to experience Luck Reunion firsthand, Southwest is conducting a sweepstakes* offering a VIP package that covers round trip flights, entry to both Potluck and Luck Reunion, hotel stays, and a $250 Visa® gift card for transportation. Since 2017, Southwest has enriched the festival experience with unique engagements for both attendees and performers. This year, the airline introduces its Repurpose with Purpose partner, Wearsos, to the festival, featuring giveaways crafted from recycled Southwest seat leather, with additional Wearsos merchandise available for purchase.
