Southwest upscale Vegas flight for Big Game

Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE: LUV) is preparing for the Big Game weekend in Las Vegas by expanding its flight offerings for football enthusiasts from Kansas City and San Francisco.

Commencing on Thursday, February 8, 2024, Southwest® will provide the following services:

Kansas City to Las Vegas offers 4 direct flights and 14 unique travel options.
San Francisco to Las Vegas features 3 nonstop flights and 13 distinct itineraries.
Oakland to Las Vegas boasts 10 direct flights and 20 diverse travel plans.
San Jose, Calif., to Las Vegas provides 10 nonstop flights and 26 varied itineraries.

Starting on Friday, February 9, 2024, Southwest will elevate its services with:

Kansas City to Las Vegas: 3 additional nonstop flights, totaling up to 7 nonstop options and 17 different itineraries.
San Francisco to Las Vegas: 1 additional nonstop flight, reaching up to 4 nonstop options and 14 different itineraries.
Oakland to Las Vegas: 1 additional nonstop flight, bringing the total to up to 11 nonstop options and 21 different itineraries.
San Jose, Calif. to Las Vegas: 1 additional nonstop flight, resulting in up to 11 nonstop options and 26 different itineraries.
On Saturday, February 10, 2024, Southwest will offer the following nonstop services:

Kansas City to Las Vegas: 1 additional nonstop flight, totaling up to 4 nonstop options and 15 different itineraries.
San Francisco to Las Vegas: 1 additional nonstop flight, reaching up to 4 nonstop options and 15 different itineraries.
Oakland to Las Vegas presents 7 direct flight choices and 20 varied travel plans.
San Jose, Calif. to Las Vegas: 1 additional nonstop flight, resulting in up to 8 nonstop options and 18 different itineraries.
Following the crowning of the champion, Southwest will add extra flights to facilitate the return of fans back home.

On Monday, February 12, 2024, Southwest will extend its services:

Las Vegas to Kansas City: 4 additional nonstop flights, totaling up to 8 nonstop options and 19 different itineraries.
Las Vegas to San Francisco: 1 additional nonstop flight, reaching up to 4 nonstop options and 14 different itineraries.
Las Vegas to Oakland: 1 additional nonstop flight, bringing the total to up to 11 nonstop options and 24 different itineraries.
Las Vegas to San Jose, Calif.: 1 additional nonstop flight, resulting in up to 11 nonstop options and 22 different itineraries.
On Tuesday, February 13, 2024, Southwest will provide the following services:

Kansas City to Las Vegas offers 4 direct flights and 16 unique travel options.
San Francisco to Las Vegas features 3 nonstop flights and 13 distinct itineraries.
Oakland to Las Vegas boasts 8 direct flights and 24 diverse travel plans.
San Jose, Calif., to Las Vegas provides 8 nonstop flights and 20 varied itineraries.
These flights, along with the carrier’s complete schedule through October 2, 2024, are available for purchase on Southwest.com.
