Sullenberger Aviation Museum, the leading aviation museum of the Southeast, unveiled that on June 1st, i.e., Saturday, it will formally open its doors to the public at 10 a.m. Capt. C.B. “Sully” Sullenberger, together with his crew, manipulated the well-known “Miracle on the Hudson” landing and for whom the Museum is termed, will be in Charlotte to revel during a week of activities related to the opening.
From Tuesday through Saturday, the Museum will remain opened from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On Sunday from noon to 4:30 p.m., excluding, Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day.
For the opening day, now, a restricted number of tickets are available to buy at a special rate of $5 per ticket. Also, tickets for all other dates through Labor Day have been released for sale.
For adults, regular admission prices are $24, $20 for veterans, military, and educators; and for students aged between 5 to 17 years, its $18. Children under five years of age are free.
Besides, now memberships for the Frequent Flyer Program of the Museum are available. Individual annual membership starts from $75 to $200 for a Family Plus package.
