Swim Creative Would Build up the Marketing Strategy to Sell Superior to Tourists

At its Tuesday, April 19th, meeting, the Superior City Council, will think about a contract for marketing services to promote the city as a tourist destination. The tourism development commission has sanctioned a contract with Swim Creative Thursday, April 14th.

Swim Creative, under the terms of the agreement for a sum of $250,000, will build up a marketing plan and outreach through Dec. 31st, 2024. For three years, the contract could be extended by mutual agreement and can be terminated without cause by either party with 90 days notice.

Swim Creative, the Duluth-based company, will have to provide the city with quarterly progress reports that include key progress indicators.

The city council will consider the agreement at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Government Center boardroom.
