Before this role, Lalit served as Director of Finance at The Westin Goa, where he was involved from the property’s pre-opening phase and supported the hotel’s financial operations during its development journey.

His career includes key finance leadership positions at The Leela Gandhinagar and Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre, Hotel Leelaventure Limited, and Renaissance Hotel Lucknow. He has also gained valuable experience with renowned hospitality brands, including Jaipur Marriott Hotel and The Oberoi Rajvilas.

With his strong understanding of financial strategy, operational efficiency, and hospitality business management, Lalit will support the resort’s continued growth as it moves beyond its opening phase towards long-term commercial success.

Praveen Dubey Takes Charge as Director of Operations

Praveen Dubey has been appointed Director of Operations, bringing years of experience in luxury hospitality operations and guest experience management. He previously served as Director of Food and Beverage at Trident Hyderabad, where he managed one of the hotel’s most important guest-facing divisions.

A graduate of IHM Bhubaneswar, Praveen began his hospitality career with The Oberoi Group as an Operations Trainee. Over the years, he has held leadership positions across several prestigious properties, including The Oberoi Vanyavilas, Sawai Madhopur, The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur, and The Oberoi Wildflower Hall, Shimla.

His experience across luxury resorts and hotels has helped him develop a strong understanding of service excellence, team development, operational performance, and creating memorable guest experiences. He most recently served as Director of Sales at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort and Spa, where he guided the property’s commercial strategy during an important growth phase.

Throughout his career, Devender has held leadership positions at Westin Sohna Resort and Spa, Le Méridien Paro Riverfront in Bhutan, and multiple IHG properties across India. His experience across domestic and international markets gives him valuable insights into luxury travel trends and evolving guest preferences.
