Initially focused on providing real-time insights into flight, customer, and service information, this app enables Crew members to access passenger profiles, including privileges for club members and oneworld members, as well as specific service requests and preferences. This ensures a more tailored and cohesive journey with the renowned airline. Additionally, the app equips Cabin Crew with the latest digital training materials, empowering them further.
