For tourism, the house is entrusted to expand on ground-breaking approaches, as it’s one of the key money-making and income-producing activities for Tehran, Parviz Karami said, Mehr reported.

By drawing tourists and developing infrastructure, tourism will make the economy of the country better and show the world the culture of Iran, the official added.

Even though Iran positions higher compared to other countries related to heritage and culture, dearth of infrastructure stops tourists from coming in Iran, he explained.

However, by the help of such centers tourism can be boosted, he mentioned.

For tourists interested to unravel cultural attractions, breathtaking sceneries, and numerous UNESCO-registered sites, for them Iran can be a booming destination. Under the 2025 Tourism Vision Plan, Iran is set to increase tourist numbers from 4.8 million in 2014 to 20 million in 2025.

The Niavaran Cultural-Historical Complex, covering an area of about eleven hectares, has numerous landmark buildings, museums, and monuments of the 19th and 20th centuries during the Pahlavi and late Qajar eras.
