During the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, the two parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop a premium hospitality project in Yacharam, reflecting an investment of Rs 117 crore. The initiative is a part of Telangana’s broader strategy to attract high-value developments that contribute to sustainable urban growth, economic expansion, and tourism promotion.

The project is envisioned as a central element of Bharat Future City, a next-generation urban hub near Hyderabad that integrates residential, commercial, industrial, educational, healthcare, and recreational facilities. Bharat Future City is planned as a net-zero, environmentally sustainable urban centre, combining advanced infrastructure with global connectivity. By positioning Yacharam at the heart of this development, Telangana aims to establish the region as a destination for business, leisure, wellness, and luxury tourism.
