The Convention Centre Dublin earns Great Place to Work Certification

The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD) has been officially certified by the prestigious ‘Great Place to Work’ program, an internationally renowned standard for workplace excellence. Great Place to Work® stands as a global beacon for assessing exceptional employee experiences, acknowledged universally by both employees and employers.

At the heart of The CCD’s ethos are its people, and fostering their growth through comprehensive learning and development initiatives stands as a paramount objective. The CCD adopts a comprehensive approach to employee wellbeing, offering a diverse range of activities and initiatives under six wellness pillars, as part of its active wellbeing program.
