On Sunday, the third and final edition of the well-respected vitasta cultural festival in the valley concluded successfully, observing the culture and different art forms that are exclusive to Jammu, bringing varied cultural expressions together from various corners of India.
On Sunday evening, this grand event came to an end with a sequence of cultural programs, comprising dancing, singing and different types of folk art forms, which happened at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre, based on Srinagar’s Dal Lake.
Banwarilal Purohit and R. N. Ravi, the Governors of Punjab and Tamil Nadu, were present at the closing ceremony and were the chief guests.
The concluding event on Sunday emphasized an extraordinarily charming cultural program, promoting an exceptional performance by Saurabh Jadu & Group.
Their captivating singing enthralled the audience and left a deep impression. Besides these mesmerizing programs, the audience was enchanted by Tigulbandi, a special presentation which wonderfully merged
santoor, rabab, and guitar in a musical way.
Furthermore, the program turned elegance by the charming Ustad Shafi Sopori and his qawwali performance, who is famous for his outstanding musical prowess.
Moreover, the Bollywood orchestra delivered a charming performance of songs shot in the picturesque Kashmir locations, additionally improving the experience in general.
Banwari Lal Purohit, Governor of Punjab, on this occasion, showed his pride in being a part of this festival.
