George Fleck, Senior Vice President and Global Brand Leader at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, emphasized the significance of this debut, stating that the resort exemplifies St. Regis’ vision to blend timeless glamour with local character, sophistication, and service.
The architectural and interior concepts were developed by Acebal Canney Arquitectos & Asociados and Crafted by CHAPI Design / Chapi Chapo Design. The design integrates local materials, textures, and symbols, most notably the Dominican faceless doll, a national cultural icon representing unity and heritage. These elements are woven into the guest experience through motifs, furnishings, and art throughout the property.
The resort features 200 elegantly appointed guest rooms, including 36 suites with direct plunge pool access. The accommodations showcase a soothing palette of ocean blues and sandy neutrals, bespoke furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping sea views. The Presidential Suite, spanning 6,500 square feet, sets a new standard for luxury in the region.
Catering to both families and adult travelers, the resort offers four swimming pools, designated family and adult areas, and a Children and Teens Club with culturally inspired educational activities. Just minutes away are major attractions such as Punta Espada Golf Course by Jack Nicklaus, Marina Cap Cana, Scape Park, and the Los Establos Equestrian Center, enhancing the destination appeal.
