Tripleseat joins forces with Mews to set new standards in hotel event management

Tripleseat, a premier cloud-based platform for managing sales and group bookings in hotels, has unveiled a new partnership with Mews, a hospitality cloud service, to enhance the efficiency of event bookings and organization for hotels. This collaboration is designed to simplify the management of group bookings and events for both Mews and Tripleseat users. With this integration, details such as room blocks and rates will be transferred from Tripleseat to Mews’ property management system (PMS), while Tripleseat will retrieve information on pickup, inventory, and room rates from Mews PMS.

Thanks to this bidirectional integration, hotels will be able to effortlessly monitor room rates alongside inventory through Tripleseat. Upon the establishment of a group block, this system will automatically relay the relevant data to Mews, facilitating a streamlined process.
