Tripura CM launches the ‘Weekend Tourist Hub’

In order to promote tourism and to deliver much-needed recreation to the populaces of Tripura, the
state Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha launched the ‘Weekend Tourist Hub’ facing the Ujjayanta Palace. 


During the inauguration procedure, the CM said that this inventiveness targets creating a space where folks can unwind throughout the weekend and relax their minds and bodies after their chaotic work programs.


The CM stated that the weekend tourist hub is a ground-breaking notion. After deliberating with the
Tourism Minister, they got inspired by comparable hubs overseas and thought of applying similar ideas in
Tripura. He said that they were contemplating this for long and were firm to initiate it before Durga Puja. The CM expressed his thankfulness to the tourism minister and his team for their determinations.


The CM also said that the weekend tourist hub will also help merchants in Tripura.


Moreover, the CM asked representatives to find out the option of forming musical shows and poetry sessions, delivering a stage for native aptitudes.


The Tripura administration is also thinking to demonstrate traditional attires of their 19 tribes, letting
tourists wear them and capture photos, resembling the inclination in Kashmir. This inventiveness mirrors the Tripura’s government’s pledge to encouraging the culture and inheritance of its entire population.
