UKInbound : China main growth market

In the latest UKinbound release conducted in association with Qa Result revealed a surge in growth from market in July and August this year.

The positive effect the hot summer had on the tourism industry with business revenues and confidence was up.

Around 30 percent of the members mentioned that China was their major growth market, USA stood second , it had 11 percent of the members supporting it has the largest growth market.

Since July 2015 China and America continuously stood first and second as the leading growth markets for UKinbound members. However, this year more than 30 percent of the members experienced growth from just one of these markets.

The that bookings/visitor numbers/customer orders in July and August were same or higher than 2017 figures as per 71 percent of members. While 78 percent stated that the revenue increased or remained same as compared to last year.

More than 50 percent were confident about the business conditions in the upcoming 12 months which will be highest figure recorded as of now.

The Chinese visitor market is gaining strength and as compared to last year the spend increased by 35 percent .
