From new seasonal services to year-round options, the airline is set to introduce a variety of destinations in 2025 and 2026. In addition to expanding its offerings in France, Italy, and Spain, British Airways has outlined several exciting new routes across Europe, North America, and beyond.

New Seasonal and Year-Round Routes

Expanding Horizons in North America & Europe

British Airways has not just added new destinations but has also boosted service on existing routes, particularly in North America. Key highlights include:

• St. Louis, USA: A new long-haul route from London Heathrow launching in April 2026, operating four times a week on the Boeing 787-8.
• Nashville, USA: A daily service will be upgraded to a larger Airbus A350-1000 starting in March 2026.
• Graz, Austria: Starting in November 2025, British Airways will be the only direct operator to this charming city in Central Europe.

Additionally, the airline is relaunching and increasing services to destinations such as Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Kingston (Jamaica), and Bangkok (Thailand). These upgrades are set to meet increasing demand and enhance British Airways’ presence in global travel.

Special Seasonal Destinations and Resumed Routes

Some destinations are seasonal and cater specifically to leisure travelers looking to experience new locales during peak travel times. These include:

• Tivat, Montenegro: Starting in May 2026, a seasonal route will resume from London Heathrow, offering a weekly service to this picturesque Adriatic destination.
• Guernsey, Channel Islands: Starting April 2026, this will be a year-round service connecting London Heathrow directly to Guernsey, making it the only direct connection between the two locations.

These new additions highlight the airline’s commitment to providing diverse travel options for passengers and supporting tourism in lesser-known yet appealing destinations.

The Three Primary Destinations from BA Cityflyer

As part of this significant expansion, BA Cityflyer will operate new leisure-focused routes to some of Europe’s most beloved destinations. Starting in the summer of 2026, the following routes will be introduced:

• France (Toulon Saint-Tropez): From London City Airport, launching May 23, 2026. This route will operate twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
• Italy (Olbia, Sardinia): From London Stansted, launching May 23, 2026. Flights will run twice weekly on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Spain (San Sebastián): From Glasgow Airport, launching July 18, 2026. This route will operate twice weekly on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

These leisure-focused services aim to provide passengers with more options to explore Europe’s sun-kissed coastlines and vibrant cultures, adding to the already diverse offerings of British Airways.
