Exploring the mountains with an expert guide is unparalleled, which is why Vail Resorts has unveiled My Epic Assistant, an innovative feature within the My Epic app, designed to bring a wealth of mountain knowledge directly to guests wherever they are, at any time. Leveraging cutting-edge AI coupled with insights from resort specialists, My Epic Assistant aims to enhance the guest experience for the 2024/25 season at Vail Mountain, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone, with ambitions to extend its services to more locations in the coming years.

Guests can now effortlessly access the latest snow reports, and receive guidance on equipment rentals and lessons through the My Epic app, all thanks to My Epic Assistant. This eliminates the need to wait in line or make phone calls for information. Instant answers from My Epic Assistant mean guests can spend more time enjoying the slopes.

Importance of This Launch

With the introduction of My Epic Assistant, Vail Resorts continues its commitment to making every guest feel valued and supported, offering a seamless platform for inquiries, ensuring reliable answers, and enabling guests to fully enjoy their skiing or riding experience.

This development is a part of Vail Resorts’ broader strategy to enhance guest convenience, following the successful launch of Mobile Pass and Mobile Lift Tickets. These innovations allow for direct pass or ticket purchases online, activation, and storage on mobile devices, facilitating Bluetooth-enabled, hands-free lift access. The initiatives aim to bypass traditional ticket queues, minimize plastic and RFID chip waste, and provide a comprehensive app featuring live wait times, interactive maps, current mountain conditions, personalized statistics, and more.

Looking ahead, Vail Resorts intends to broaden the capabilities of My Epic Assistant to deliver tailored suggestions and reminders, based on individual preferences and schedules, along with continuous booking and itinerary planning support.

The My Epic app enables guests to query My Epic Assistant about a wide array of topics including conditions, resort amenities, activities, ski and ride school, rental services, dining, parking, and more, around the clock.
