The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

In March, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is set to introduce Venetian Rewards, a groundbreaking loyalty program. Designed to include spending on both gaming and non-gaming activities, this program aims to improve the clarity of earnings from slots, offer substantial and beneficial rewards, and present additional opportunities to accumulate Rewards Points. Venetian Rewards will take the place of the current Grazie Rewards program, ensuring a smooth transition for existing Grazie Reward members by respecting their existing tier status and points.“Venetian Rewards marks yet another milestone in the ongoing evolution of The Venetian Resort. This all-new program continues to provide the best access for our gaming customers and enhances earnings on experiences including gaming, dining, entertainment, our world-class spa, and more, for all of our guests,” remarked Patrick Nichols, president and chief executive officer of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. “We created a program that offers benefits that will change the way our guests experience The Venetian Resort and Las Vegas.”

Venetian Rewards opens up a treasure trove of possibilities, providing guests with various ways to enjoy benefits linked to their total spending throughout the casino and resort. Every activity plays a part in boosting rewards.

“We’re proud to say that Venetian Rewards is the richest slot loyalty program on the Strip,” said Danny Ruiz, chief gaming officer of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. “We’ve made the slot earnings calculation more transparent, which is what all gamers want. On top of that, we’ve expanded ways to earn points, which will allow our guests to elevate to higher tiers and greater benefits more quickly.”

Venetian Rewards is structured around Tier Points and Rewards Points. Tier Points help guests climb the tier ladder quickly, while Rewards Points serve as a virtual currency.

Guests accumulate Tier Points not just by engaging in casino activities like slots, video poker, and table games, but across their entire visit – including stays, dining, entertainment, shopping, and spa experiences. Each ascending tier, named after precious gemstones – Jade, Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond – offers progressively valuable benefits, underscoring the guests’ esteemed status.

Starting from the Sapphire Tier and moving up to Ruby and Diamond, members enjoy tier-specific perks such as enhanced slot multipliers for faster progression, complimentary late checkout, and parking privileges.

The Ruby and Diamond tiers offer even more exclusive advantages, including suite upgrades, complimentary suite nights, priority access to resort facilities, free valet service, and the option to select between airfare, golf, or Canyon Ranch spa + fitness credits.

Rewards Points are more versatile than ever, with broader earning and spending possibilities, allowing for a personalized experience. Clear earning mechanisms include earning 2 Rewards Points for every dollar spent on most resort services, 1 point per $4 on reel slots, 1 point per $10 on video poker, and 2 points based on bets and play duration at table games.

The program also promises the best suite rates for direct bookings and tailor-made offers. Following a $1 billion renovation, the award-winning Venetian Resort, hailed as the #1 Hotel in Las Vegas by Conde Nast Traveler in 2023, introduces this innovative program.

Venetian Rewards membership is free and begins in March. Guests can join at The Venetian Resort, over the phone, or online.
