Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks are thrilled to announce a significant expansion of their Christmas Markets programme for Winter 2025/2026, offering over 10,000 additional seats and extending the festive season across seven key UK airports. With European Christmas markets continuing to captivate travelers, the leading UK leisure airline and city break operator have responded to surging demand by adding more flights to popular destinations such as Budapest, Copenhagen, Gdansk, and Vienna.

This expansion means even more opportunities for customers to experience the magic of European Christmas Markets, with trips now available to Gdansk until 5th January 2026. Additionally, the Christmas Markets season has been extended in Copenhagen and Gdansk, thanks to the added services, ensuring that travelers can enjoy the festive spirit for even longer.

Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks are set to operate their largest-ever Christmas Markets programme, with over 305,000 seats available. This represents a 27% increase in capacity compared to the previous winter season (2024/2025), showcasing the continued popularity of these unique holiday experiences.

Birmingham Airport

• New Monday and Friday flights to Gdansk, running from 26th December 2025 to 5th January 2026.

East Midlands Airport

• Extended Christmas Markets season to Vienna, with new flights starting from 21st November 2025.

Edinburgh Airport

• Extended Vienna Christmas Markets season, with services now starting from 13th November 2025.

Glasgow Airport

• Additional Monday and Friday flights to Budapest from 21st November to 22nd December 2025.

Leeds Bradford Airport

• New Monday and Friday flights to Copenhagen between 21st and 24th November 2025.
• Extended Vienna season, starting from 14th November 2025.

Manchester Airport

• Extra Monday and Friday services to Gdansk from 26th December 2025 to 5th January 2026.
• Earlier Vienna season start with services beginning from 13th November 2025.

Newcastle International Airport

• Extended Copenhagen season with new services starting from 21st November 2025.
• Extra Thursday and Sunday services to Vienna from 13th to 16th November 2025.
