Vietjet chooses Pratt & Whitney for powering extra 19 A321neo airplanes

Pratt & Whitney, which is an RTX trade along with modern-day airline Vietjet has declared that the airline has implemented choices for an extra 19 firm GTF-powered A321neo airplanes. Pratt & Whitney will also be delivering Vietjet with upkeep of engine with the help of an EngineWise Comprehensive facility contract. A signing formality happened at the Singapore Airshow with agents present from both businesses.

The Chief Executive Officer of Vietjet Dinh Viet Phuong stated the fact that the airline is a fast developing airline with an extensive fleet and aircraft system. He said that they are happy to opt for and rely on their associate, Pratt & Whitney, since they have a world trailblazer for long in the aviation segment with concrete know-how groundwork. Phuong said that they are assured regarding the GTF-powered airplane that offer fuel effectiveness thereby lessening the ecological influence. Vietjet obtained its first A321neo airplane in 2018 and at present functions a fleet of 24 GTF-run A321neo airplanes. Along with the earlier orders of the airline, Vietjet has dedicated to up to 87 airplane of this category.
