Paul Duncan, an esteemed figure in the real estate and construction realm with expertise in underwriting, site selection, and design, assumes the role of Chief Development Officer at West77.

With a wealth of experience exceeding 16 years within the development and construction domain, Duncan has held prominent positions at Concord Hospitality, Aspire Construction, and Ashland Construction Company. His tenure at Concord afforded him a comprehensive understanding of the extended stay market from a developer’s standpoint, leading him to choose LivAway’s platform for his next career endeavor.

In his new capacity, Paul will utilize his keen insight into the competitive landscape to bolster LivAway Suites as they forge ahead with property developments nationwide. As the driving force behind the development of seven existing LivAway Suites properties, West77 will rely on Duncan to spearhead development initiatives for the burgeoning economy extended-stay hotel brand.
