WestJet has launched its annual Christmas Miracle campaign, named Holiday Heroes, commemorating 11 years of turning the extraordinary into reality. This year’s initiative focuses on the one in four Canadians who will experience separation from a loved one during the holidays. Understanding the challenges of being apart from family and friends during festive seasons, WestJet employees facilitated three unexpected reunions for individuals employed in industries dedicated to supporting travel during the bustling holiday period.
Jennifer Callegaro, WestJet’s Director of Marketing, expressed the airline’s pride in being part of a vast community working tirelessly to connect Canadians with the people and places that hold significant meaning for them. Callegaro highlighted the Christmas Miracle campaign’s emphasis on recognizing the many holiday heroes in the travel industry and offering them the ultimate gift – precious time with their loved ones.
