This year, the event will feature new exhibitors such as SunCoast and Turista FC, alongside a range of leading companies from the travel and tourism sector.

Operators Area Growth and New Exhibitors
For the 2025 edition, WTM Latin America’s Operators Area has expanded significantly, with 100% of the stands already sold. Among the six new exhibitors making their debut are SunCoast, a tour operator from Orlando, USA, and Turista FC, a Rio de Janeiro-based company specializing in sports tourism experiences. Both companies, previously visitors to the event, are making the move to exhibitors in order to strengthen their brands and expand their market reach.

SunCoast is particularly excited about the opportunity to present new European circuits in its portfolio, which traditionally focused on U.S.-based travel.

According to Karla Santana, Account Manager for SunCoast USA, the decision to participate as an exhibitor at WTM Latin America reflects the company’s commitment to visibility and market growth. The company’s goal is to reach new travel agencies, strengthen relationships with existing partners, and introduce new offerings to the market.

Turista FC, known for offering comprehensive consulting services for travelers attending major sporting events, is also expanding its footprint at the event. João Paulo Fernandes, Commercial Director of JPM Viagens Group, which owns Turista FC, highlighted the company’s growing international presence, including the opening of an office in Portugal.

By exhibiting at WTM Latin America, Turista FC aims to enhance its brand recognition and present its exclusive VIP support services for sports tourism in Europe and North America.

Expanding the Operators Area
With a capacity for up to 50 stands, the Operators Area for WTM Latin America 2025 is already fully booked, and around 40 companies have been confirmed for the event.

Some of the notable operators that have already signed on include Abreutur, Agaxtur, Bancorbrás, Brementur, Cativa, and Diversa Turismo.

This strong representation underscores the growing importance of this area within the exhibition, which has gained recognition as a hub for the region’s tourism businesses.

Bianca Pizzolito, Event Leader at WTM Latin America, reflected on the success of the Operators Area, noting the increasing prominence of tourism operators in the industry.

She emphasized that the expansion of the area is a direct result of the growing importance of the fair and its ability to drive significant business opportunities for exhibitors.

Looking Ahead
As the event draws nearer, the anticipation for WTM Latin America 2025 continues to build, with exhibitors and visitors alike excited about the potential for networking, business development, and market growth.

The event is set to be a major gathering for the Latin American travel and tourism sector, connecting key players from across the globe and showcasing the latest trends in the industry.
