WTM London is Open for Registrations to Boost Tourism

Returning to London’s iconic Excel from 4-6 November 2025, WTM London is now open for registration. Building on last year’s hugely successful turnout, which saw an 11% rise in qualified buyers and over 34,000 meetings taking place, the 2025 edition is set to be the largest in the event’s history.

Expansion of Excel London and Increased Space

In line with the continued expansion of Excel London, WTM London will grow by 25,000 m², offering increased space, enhanced content, and higher-level engagement. This expansion also marks the introduction of WTM Trend Fest, a brand-new cultural program spotlighting immersive global experiences. The program will feature live performances, themed activations, and daily presentations.

Record-Breaking Growth in Exhibitor Numbers

Early indicators suggest record-breaking growth for exhibitor numbers in 2025, with participation from destinations, experiences, transport, accommodation, and tech solutions continuing to rise. To elevate the exhibitor experience, WTM London will debut its very own TV channel, WTM TV, designed to educate, engage, and connect audiences. This innovative addition will provide greater visibility for the event while offering enhanced insights and content for attendees.

Unified Theme for the Conference Programme

WTM London 2025 will also feature a unified theme across all six conference tracks: ‘Reimagining Travel in a Changing World’. This theme ensures focus and clarity throughout the entire event, driving meaningful discussions and strategies to address the evolving landscape of the travel and tourism industry.

New Educational and Entertainment Experiences

With the expansion of stage and floor capacity, and a 29% increase in conference session attendance from last year, WTM London will introduce new educational and entertainment experiences. One notable addition is a series of bookable, fee-based masterclasses, hosted by experts and exhibitors, which will debut this year. These masterclasses will offer deep-dive insights into key industry topics, providing attendees with unique opportunities for learning and networking.

The program for WTM London 2025 is already shaping up with the return of renowned sessions, including:

• Geo-economics Summit
• Marketing Summit

• ITT Future You Forum

These events have been confirmed to return to the stages of WTM London this year, providing high-level engagement and thought leadership on pressing topics in the travel and tourism sector.
