Yatra.com expands reach with opening of new franchise store in Vadodara

Yatra Online, Inc. operating through its Indian subsidiary, Yatra Online Limited (“Yatra”), which stands as India’s largest provider of corporate travel services and the third-largest online travel company in the country based on gross booking revenue and operating revenue for Fiscal Year 2023 (Source: CRISIL Report), has announced the inauguration of a new brick-and-mortar franchise outlet in Vadodara, Gujarat. This strategic expansion of their franchise network underscores Yatra’s dedication to delivering seamless travel solutions, now available through an offline platform. Recognizing the substantial interest of travelers from Gujarat in exploring destinations within India and abroad, Yatra has established a presence in Vadodara to offer an enriched and personalized customer experience. This physical storefront aims to provide tailored, attentive services for all aspects of travel.

The newly launched franchised store will be entirely digitized, enabling customers to promptly access and book various products and services offered by Yatra. These services encompass holiday packages for international and domestic destinations, flight and hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel insurance, and more. Through this physical interface, customers will encounter personalized, attention-driven services throughout their travel journeys.
