Formally open to common people on November 29th and snuggled within the deluxe Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, this gastronomic masterwork characterizes the keenly expected reappearance of internationally popular superstar chef José Andrés to Miami, aiding as the newest addition to the José Andrés Group – a gastronomic inspiration recognized for its task to change the world with the influence of food.
Chef José Andrés said that Zaytinya is a festivity of the authentic, enjoyable flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean that have encouraged the world for centuries. He said that they excited to bring this fare to South Beach.
