To further its environmental efforts, Copitas employs plantable coasters and gifts each guest seed bombs of Tulsi, a revered plant in India, encouraging participation in tree planting initiatives.

What sets Zest’s cocktails apart in the realm of libations? It begins with their dedication to minimizing waste. Every ingredient utilized in these cocktails is either cultivated in-house or locally sourced, ensuring optimal freshness and minimal ecological impact. Notably, Zest upcycles Jeju oranges, beloved fruits from Korea’s Jeju Island, utilizing the peels to craft their house gin, while transforming the pulp into cordial or sauerkraut, maximizing Mother Nature’s bounty.
