Chef Bidyut, with an expansive 19-year tenure in the culinary field, embodies innovation, expertise, and a zeal for crafting memorable culinary experiences.
His culinary odyssey is a reflection of his steadfast commitment and extraordinary adaptability in the realm of cooking. Starting with a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from NSHM Academy in West Bengal, Chef Bidyut initiated his career at the prestigious Radisson White Sands Resort in Goa. There, he fine-tuned his culinary skills and then ventured worldwide to enhance his gastronomic knowledge.
Chef Bidyut is renowned for his ability to break creative boundaries and perfect his artistry. Throughout his career, he has designed remarkable menus that blend global culinary traditions into fusion dishes. His pioneering culinary style and operational expertise have earned him partnerships with leading names in the hospitality industry such as Country Inn & Suites, Royal Albatross Moderna in Egypt, Ramee Group of Hotels & Resorts in Dubai, Park Hyatt, among others. Additionally, Chef Bidyut played a pivotal role in the pre-opening team for ITC Hotels, showcasing his leadership skills and dedication to culinary distinction in every project.
