The Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrien Poul as the new Director of Food and Beverage. With over a decade of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Adrien brings a unique blend of culinary expertise and outstanding leadership qualities to his role.
Adrien’s journey in the world of hospitality began at École Hôtelière de Paris Jean Drouant, where his passion for the industry was cultivated. His dedication to culinary excellence led him to complete a sommelier technical course, deepening his understanding of the intricate relationship between wine culture, gastronomy, history, and tradition.
Throughout his career, Adrien has held esteemed positions in prestigious establishments in both London and Paris, consistently demonstrating his commitment to excellence. Notably, he served as the assistant room service manager at Shangri-La Paris in 2013. In 2016, Adrien embarked on a new chapter with Four Seasons at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, where he took on the role of Room Service Assistant Manager. He later returned to Shangri-La Paris, where he held key positions, including room service manager and restaurant manager at La Bauhinia Restaurant. Since May 2020, he has been serving as the director of Café Antonia and Jardin Français at Hotel Le Bristol Paris, where he played a pivotal role in developing the hotel’s food and beverage division and enhancing its offerings during the challenging times of the pandemic.
In his new capacity as the Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, Adrien will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences to guests. He arrives at an exciting juncture with plans to introduce an innovative breakfast concept and oversee menu launches at KOLLÁZS and MÚZSA.
Adrien emphasizes his approach to leadership, saying, “Supporting and challenging our team members is the key to ensuring they create memorable experiences for our guests. With the right mindset, we can often transform our guests’ aspirations into tangible realities.”
As a dedicated hotel professional, Adrien expresses his enthusiasm for joining the esteemed Four Seasons Budapest team. “I look forward to infusing my expertise and innovative ideas into the culinary experiences at this exceptional property. Outside of his professional life, Adrien cherishes time spent with his family, including his wife Marion and two children, who are eagerly anticipating their new adventure in Budapest. He is also an avid sports enthusiast, with a passion for football, tennis, and car racing.
