Mumbai’s premier rooftop lounge, AER, is amplifying the atmosphere with an impressive lineup that promises to elevate the nightlife experience! Prepare for a captivating series of evening events featuring the luminaries of the mixology scene who will dominate the scene one cocktail at a time.

On Saturday, 31st August, the festivities commence with an event featuring Sidecar, the first Indian bar to be recognized among the top 50 global bars. Yangdup Lama, co-founder and skilled mixologist, will be at AER showcasing his expertly crafted drinks, noted for their sophisticated balance and innovative use of spirits. The evening will feature a reimagination of classic cocktails using Indian elements, with creations like Titpati with Maker’s Mark, Myrtle with Toki, and Kari with Roku, offering a fusion of tradition and modernity.

The excitement doesn’t stop there. On Sunday, 1st September, Jake Quang from Vietnam takes over. This session is set to be a cultural journey through each cocktail, emphasizing Vietnam’s rich cultural heritage with sustainable drinks made from local ingredients.

The grand finale on Friday, 6th September features The Quinary from Hong Kong, a bar celebrated for its multisensory cocktail experiences and numerous accolades. Under the guidance of Antonio Lai, the team will employ advanced techniques like molecular gastronomy to create an immersive experience where taste, scent, and visual elements converge to create cocktails that are as artistic as they are delightful.
