On April 25, 2024, airBaltic, Latvia’s national airline, is hosting an exclusive event titled “Behind the Scenes Technical Department” at its state-of-the-art facilities in Riga. This event presents an unprecedented opportunity for professionals from various technical disciplines to gain insider access to the aviation industry. Whether they’re seasoned experts or contemplating a career change, attendees will delve into airBaltic’s daily operations within its contemporary hangar. The initiative aims to attract individuals from diverse technical backgrounds such as civil engineering, transportation, and vehicle mechanics, providing them with a firsthand experience and enticing them to consider joining the dynamic airBaltic team.

This year, airBaltic aims to recruit over 100 professionals across 40 positions within its Technical department.
