Amilla Maldives Presents Carnival Spirit This Christmas

This Christmas, the famous Amilla Maldives in Baa Atoll, is alluring all the partying guests to shake their tailfeathers with a 12-day procession of carnival-inspired revelries with a feathery embellishment.

Made on the peaceful Baa Atoll’s sands and seas, Amilla Maldives’ interpretation of the Yuletide season will get inspired from its island culture, along with the spirited flavors, feathers, and ostentation of the carnival essence. With laidback parties, the season got kick-started with at Baa Bar and an old-style Maldivian dinner at Baazaar, completed with Boduberu drummers and local lacquer craftsmen, the beats of Rio will get increased with Brazilian samba, funkiness and lambada dance classes, and workshops on the Brazilian martial art of capoeira.

In style, families and children can enjoy with Aerial Circus Adventures at the Village Kids’ Club in Sultan; relish a moonlit movie night showing of hit animation Rio; or participate in a fiesta workshop, a samba drum circle, or ‘Circus in the Sand’o

Guests can swap carols for corals on 23rd December with a morning snorkeling trip in the coral garden of the resort, before connecting with the evening ritual of Christmas tree lighting. Christmas Eve itself will be observed with creative Homemade@Amilla festive buffet dinner and cocktail.
