Throughout his career, Chef Joachim has held executive positions in renowned hotel chains such as The Peninsula Hotels, InterContinental, Hilton, Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, and Hyatt. Notably, he served as the Opening Executive Chef of Anantara Dubai Palm in 2013, leading the establishment of its signature dining experiences.
