Atlantis Paradise Island unveils FIELDTRIP by Chef JJ Johnson, a celebrated rice bowl eatery, adding to its renowned culinary lineup.

Atlantis Paradise Island is excited to reveal the launch of FIELDTRIP, a top-rated, quick-service restaurant specializing in rice bowls, created by the esteemed Chef JJ Johnson, a recipient of the James Beard Foundation Award. Chef JJ Johnson, renowned for his unique spin on African Caribbean cuisine, is the mastermind behind FIELDTRIP, which stands out as one of the few quick-service eateries ever to be featured in Esquire’s “America’s Best New Restaurants” in 2020.

Following his overwhelmingly successful appearances at the first Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival and the Table Takeover Series, Chef JJ is now a permanent fixture at the resort, joining a stellar lineup of world-famous chefs like Michael White (Paranza), Nobu Matsuhisa (Nobu), José Andrés (Fish), and Alon Shaya (Silan).
