The ASQ program stands as the foremost authority on airport passenger satisfaction globally, boasting nearly 400 participating airports worldwide and serving as the voice of passengers from diverse backgrounds. These accolades signify the utmost acknowledgment for airport operators and underscore the ongoing dedication of airports worldwide to enhance the passenger journey continually.

Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport is among the three airports within the VINCI Airports network to receive recognition from passengers within the ASQ service quality program for delivering an exceptional airport experience throughout 2023.

Since assuming management in 2019, Belgrade Airport has made significant strides in enhancing operational capacity and passenger comfort across all critical areas. Notable enhancements include the expansion and modernization of the passenger terminal, the introduction of a new, second runway, upgraded access road systems, enhanced car parking facilities, and improved environmental amenities, with the majority of improvements unveiled in 2023. The positive momentum in expansion and modernization efforts is set to continue with the construction of new facilities within the departure terminal, with all major modernization projects slated for completion by 2024. These initiatives will enable Belgrade Airport to accommodate a total capacity of 15 million passengers annually by the conclusion of the concession period.
