Boeing to highlight commercial products & services, eyeing net-zero emissions by 2050, at Singapore Airshow 2024. Engaging in sustainability & innovation.

At the 2024 Singapore Airshow, Boeing is set to showcase its array of commercial offerings, defense solutions, and extensive services. Leadership from the company will share insights into their contributions towards achieving the commercial aviation industry’s ambition for net-zero carbon emissions by the year 2050.

Boeing has outlined a series of events for the media at the airshow, including:

Commercial Aviation with Boeing

Visitors will have the chance to explore the 777X cabin, showcasing its innovative design and adaptable layout.

Global Services from Boeing

The exhibition will highlight Boeing’s comprehensive service offerings for both governmental and commercial entities, covering digital solutions, maintenance, upgrades, components, and educational programs.

Innovations in Air Mobility

Wisk, a Boeing subsidiary, will introduce its pioneering eVTOL — the world’s inaugural autonomous, electric air taxi with four seats.

Focus on Sustainability

Boeing intends to present the Cascade Climate Impact Model, a sophisticated tool designed to offer insights on reducing emissions towards the decarbonization of the aviation sector by 2050.

The company’s initiatives to foster the production of sustainable aviation fuels through global partnerships and policy engagement will also be discussed.

STEM and Entrepreneurial Initiatives

Participation in the AeroCampus at the Singapore Airshow aims to motivate future aerospace professionals and leaders.

Boeing will also spotlight four startups it supports, underscoring its dedication to fostering innovation in aerospace.

Attendees are invited to Boeing Exhibit A-U01 for an in-depth look at the company’s offerings and capabilities.
