Brussels Airlines Lounge Dominates with Sixth Consecutive Award as ‘Europe’s Leading Airline Lounge

For the remarkable sixth consecutive year, THE LOFT by Brussels Airlines and Lexus clinched the title of “Europe’s Leading Airline Lounge” at the World Travel Awards held in Berlin. This honor is the result of global travelers casting their votes in favor of the lounge. Brussels Airlines continually refines THE LOFT to ensure it delivers a premium experience to its patrons.

Situated within the Schengen area of Brussels Airport, THE LOFT by Brussels Airlines and Lexus serves as the airline’s premier lounge. It provides various seating arrangements to accommodate the needs of guests, whether they wish to work, unwind, or enjoy a meal and beverages. The lounge features exclusive nap rooms and shower facilities, catering to the comfort of its visitors. It welcomes Business Class travelers, Miles and More loyalty program status holders, and Star Alliance Gold members. Additionally, Economy Class passengers flying with Brussels Airlines have the opportunity to access the lounge at reduced rates during less busy times.

Based on the feedback of our guests, we keep on smartly investing in our lounge to remain at the top. We recently renovated the shower suites, improved the set-up of the buffet, and introduced an ‘a la carte’ menu in the HON area, just to name a few examples. Brussels Airlines is set to introduce further enhancements to THE LOFT, including an upgraded coffee corner in partnership with Rombouts Coffee, alongside regular events emphasizing Belgitude. These initiatives build upon existing collaborations with renowned brands like Neuhaus and Grohe.
