Coming from Marseille, France, Chef Charles brings a completely new viewpoint to current French cooking with a gastronomic experience that encompasses various traditions and inspirations. His gastronomic voyage has taken him all over the world, from Michelin-rated restaurants in the south of France to Sydney, Tokyo, England and Ireland.
