Grha Swahita (BIP Group) is the most recent addition to this thriving portfolio.This relationship will see Cross Paasha Bali Seminyak become a part of an exclusive portfolio on January 1st, 2024.


Cross Paasha Bali Seminyak is a contemporary and attractive hotel with 99 elegantly constructed keys, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.It has a total of 55-square-meter rooms spread across three floors, with an additional 10 suites on the higher floors affording excellent views. The spacious 110-square-meter Penthouse Suite with spectacular ocean views is ideal for families and small parties.

A new brand, Kaura, and its flagship property, Kaura Bali, has also been launched which demonstrates the group’s dedication to sustainable tourism. Kaura Bali, which is set to open in 2024, is charmingly tucked in the lush, biodiverse hills of Karangasem, East Bali, and is the product of a direct relationship with the Manggis locals.


It began with the repair of a critical irrigation system vital to the local community’s rice farming and has since expanded to provide visitors with an immersive village experience that includes activities such as tending organic farms and rice paddies, participating in cookery classes, and indulging in holistic wellness experiences.


Cross Hotels & Resorts has extended its portfolio with the launch of the new Lumen brand and its inaugural property, Lumen Bangkok Udomsuk Station, in keeping with its mission to delivering creative and distinctive lodging.


Lumen Bangkok Udomsuk Station, which is set to open in January 2024, will include 102 uniquely designed guest rooms as well as a beautiful rooftop infinity pool. Lumen Bangkok Udomsuk Station, conveniently located near Suvarnabhumi International Airport and BITEC Bangna, provides easy access to Bangkok’s key attractions and features complimentary shuttle busses for travelers to experience the colorful city.
