Today, Crystal introduced its latest offering, the Crystal Referral Program, aimed at rewarding the loyalty of Crystal’s patrons who share their remarkable cruise adventures with their acquaintances and loved ones.
The Referral Program from Crystal motivates avid supporters of the brand to recommend friends, family, and associates to relish the pinnacle of extraordinary travel experiences. For each new guest introduced to Crystal by a loyal past traveler, the newcomer will enjoy a 5% discount on their cruise fare, while the referring past traveler will receive an equivalent credit for a future voyage. Moreover, there is no cap on the number of guests one can refer, ensuring boundless savings on these exceptional sea journeys.

Crystal’s Referral Program, effective from April 4, 2024, aims to reward Crystal Society members for referring new individuals to Crystal experiences. These referrals, termed “Friends,” must be distinct from the referring Crystal Society member and cannot reside in the same household. Friends booking their own accommodations on a Crystal cruise enjoy a five percent (5%) discount on the cruise-only fare, limited to one (1) per booking.
Crystal Society members earn a future cruise credit equivalent to the 5% discount extended to their referred Friend, defined as an “Eligible Referral” who books and sails on a future Crystal voyage. Guests booked within the same suite or guest room are not considered Eligible Referrals. To qualify, the Friend must submit their referral request and Crystal Society Member information within fourteen (14) days of their initial deposit payment. The Referral Credit is earned when the Eligible Referral is within forty-five (45) days of departure and has paid in full.
Additional or repeat bookings by the same Friend do not count as separate Eligible Referrals. The Referral Credit can be applied to bookings sailing on or after the Departure Date. If the Friend cancels, the Referral Credit becomes void unless their booking is non-refundable, with Crystal retaining their funds. The Referral Credit amount is based on the 5% savings at the Friend’s initial deposit time.
Crystal Society Members can refer multiple Friends and earn a Referral Credit for each one, without a limit on the number of Referral Credits per booking. This program is not applicable to reduced rate bookings, charters, or incentive groups. The combinability of the Crystal Referral Program will be disclosed at booking time.
By availing themselves of the 5% savings through the Crystal Referral Program, Friends agree that their referring Crystal Society Member will become aware of their cruise payment details. Travel agents cannot refer new guests or earn cruise credits but can promote the program to their Crystal Society Member customers.
Cancel/rebook situations are not eligible. The program applies to new bookings made by Friends on/after April 4, 2024, with certain restrictions in place. Soliciting bookings through social media or general solicitations to strangers is prohibited. Violators risk losing program participation and benefits. Referral Credits and savings are non-cash and cannot be used for final payments. Crystal reserves the right to adjust or withdraw the program and Credits at its discretion without prior notice.
