Cura at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon secures Michelin Star in 2024 Portugal guide release

Chef Pedro Pena Bastos and the team at CURA maintain their one Michelin star, awarded at The Michelin Guide Portugal ceremony in Guia, Algarve. This marks a remarkable achievement for the restaurant, which debuted at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon in October 2020.

Commenting at the awards and on retaining its Michelin star, Chef Pedro Pena Bastos was delighted and said, “It is with immense pride that our team at CURA celebrates the honour of preserving our Michelin star. Sustaining this culinary excellence over the years is a testament to our commitment to consistency and our unwavering strive for excellence, qualities that resonate with the discerning standards of Michelin.”

At CURA, diners can explore the Origens tasting menus, available in two versions: one with ten moments and another with five, both offering an immersive journey into the flavors of contemporary Portuguese cuisine. Crafted with the finest local ingredients, these dishes exemplify Chef Pena Bastos and his team’s culinary expertise.

As part of the esteemed Four Seasons brand, known for its culinary excellence, CURA contributes to the brand’s total of 32 Michelin stars across 25 restaurants in 19 hotels and resorts worldwide (as of 2023). CURA welcomes guests daily from 7:00 to 11:00 pm, with the last seating at 9:30 pm.
