Lemon Tree Hotels is set to transform the hospitality landscape in West Bengal with the signing of two new properties in Darjeeling and Siliguri. These strategic additions will further strengthen the brand’s presence in India, bringing world-class accommodations to two key tourist destinations. Lemon Tree Hotels has further expanded its footprint in West Bengal by signing two new properties in Darjeeling and Siliguri, set to be managed under the company’s subsidiary, Carnation Hotels.

The first establishment, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, is scheduled to open in Darjeeling in fiscal year 2026. This hotel will offer 65 modern guest rooms, a variety of dining options, a meeting room, and numerous recreational facilities. Located approximately 70km from Bagdogra Airport and just 2.5km from Darjeeling Railway Station, the hotel will provide convenient access to the region’s transportation network.

Darjeeling, famously dubbed the “Queen of the Hills,” is celebrated for its colonial architecture, stunning views of the Himalayas, and its renowned Darjeeling tea. This hotel will offer guests an ideal base to explore the natural beauty and cultural heritage of this historic hill station.

The second property, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, will open in Siliguri in fiscal year 2029. The hotel will feature 63 rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, and other essential amenities. Situated just 18km from Bagdogra Airport and 3km from Siliguri Railway Station, it will serve as a convenient gateway to Northeast India.

Siliguri, nestled at the base of the Himalayas, is strategically positioned close to famous hill stations like Kalimpong and Gangtok, as well as the Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary. Its proximity to lush tea gardens further enhances its appeal to travelers.
