Located in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, this adults-only haven unveils a reimagined dining experience focused on well-being, featuring two restaurants and two bars with interiors and menus influenced by ancient Greece.

At Minos Palace, guests can delight in an array of Cretan and Mediterranean dishes with a farm-to-table approach. Menus highlight fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, including olive oil from Rethymnon, daily fresh fish, organic vegetables from Lerapetra, and honey from Prina.

Set on a private peninsula, Minos Palace Hotel & Suites is a sanctuary where well-being, bespoke design, and the unique landscape merge to create a journey of self-discovery. With 360° views, an infinity pool, and herbal gardens, this tranquil oasis feels like an island within an island.

Guests can now enjoy four new dining concepts, each offering authentic Mediterranean dishes with a unique twist:

1. MOM Main Restaurant: Inspired by an art piece titled ΜΩΜ by Greek artist George Gyparakis, this all-day restaurant honors Mediterranean culinary traditions and longevity nutrition. Chefs craft healthy, delicate dishes with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, providing a nourishing experience from morning to evening. The sun-kissed terrace and contemporary art create a peaceful, vibrant atmosphere.
2. NAMA Pool Bar: Derived from the Ancient Greek word for running water, NAMA offers a serene setting with views of the infinity pool and Mirabello Bay. Guests can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, and bites made with fresh ingredients, fostering a social atmosphere where strangers become friends.
3. AMAR Beach Restaurant: Inspired by the Ancient Greek word for eternal, AMAR invites guests to embrace the present moment’s beauty. This beachside retreat offers Mediterranean cuisine in a peaceful, secluded setting, celebrating the region’s rich flavors with locally sourced ingredients.
4. MOSA Beach Bar: Named after the Ancient Greek word for muse, MOSA is located on the beach, offering views of the sea, sandy beach, and secluded coves. The intimate and relaxed atmosphere encourages guests to discover their inner muse while enjoying nibbles, artisan cocktails, and local wines.
