The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Eastern Europe contributed 14%, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region accounted for 12%. Meanwhile, North East and South East Asia combined for 10%, attracting 1.62 million tourists. Smaller shares came from the Americas (7%), Africa (5%), and Australia (2%).

The hospitality sector also thrived, with Dubai’s hotel inventory reaching 153,390 rooms across 828 establishments by November 2024, up from 149,685 rooms in 820 properties the previous year. Hotel bookings exceeded 39.19 million during the first eleven months of the year, reflecting a 3% growth compared to 38.01 million in 2023. Visitors stayed an average of 3.6 nights, underscoring the city’s appeal for extended visits.

The accommodation landscape remained diverse, with 5-star hotels dominating 35% of the inventory with 53,977 rooms. Four-star hotels offered 43,345 rooms, while mid-range establishments (1 to 3 stars) provided 29,701 rooms. Luxury and mid-range hotel apartments added a combined 26,367 rooms across 188 properties, further enhancing Dubai’s capacity to accommodate diverse traveler preferences.
