Introducing a New Two-Star Restaurant
Row on 45 has made a remarkable entrance into The Guide by earning Two MICHELIN Stars. Its name, an acronym for ‘Refinement of Work,’ reflects both its culinary philosophy and its location on the 45th floor of the Grosvenor House hotel. The Inspectors were highly impressed by the seamless integration of French techniques with Japanese ingredients like Hokkaido scallops and Saroma wagyu, resulting in refined and sophisticated dishes. This addition brings the total number of Two MICHELIN Star restaurants in Dubai to four.
