Cannubi by Umberto Bombana is the creation of renowned Chef Umberto Bombana, famous for his three-Michelin-starred restaurant 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana in Hong Kong, the only Italian eatery outside Italy to hold such a distinction. The Bangkok restaurant is a reflection of Bombana’s deep-rooted passion for the finest ingredients, terroir, and the art of refined Italian cuisine.

Under the guidance of Bombana’s talented protégé, Executive Italian Chef Andrea Susto, Cannubi brings this culinary philosophy to life in Bangkok. Chef Susto combines the best locally sourced ingredients with select imports to craft timeless Italian dishes elevated with contemporary techniques.
