For the second act of EDITION, the brand and Ian Schrager, its creator, have joined forces once again with the famous Kengo Kuma, Japanese architect, on The Tokyo EDITION, Ginza, which is all prepared turn into the social link of the most dazzling district of Tokyo. The launch follows three years after the first foray of EDITION into Japan with The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon, which has come up as city’s one of the most desirable addresses.


Formed by Ian Schrager as a result of a joint venture between Ian Schrager and Marriott International, Schrager has scored a mild balance between the exotic customs of Japanese culture and the new craving of EDITION to challenge conventions and forge a revolutionary, unparalleled offerings. Ginza, The Tokyo EDITION, spreads the discrete mix of energy and sophistication of the brand to a corner of the city where some luxury hotels have tried before.


With a Japanese-colored contemporary brasserie, a horde of ground-breaking bar concepts including the only punch-focused cocktail bar of the brand and Ginza’s first natural wine bar, and 86 remarkably spacious rooms and suites.
