Egypt is set to grow its yacht tourism

Egypt in a recent development has imposed new rule that is all prepared to hearten up a new wave of yacht tourists to come to the country. At present, the country is granting yacht tourists from foreign countries a chance to enroll for three-month visas to expand yacht tourism even more and put back their old one-month law.

On Tuesday, as per a transport ministry statement, the decision of the state is actually an effort to oppose the obstacles faced by yacht tourists coming from other countries along the coastline of Egypt. Those who got the usual one-month visa and were in danger of not being able to depart the country because of technical issues or tremendous conditions of weather, will be advantageous hugely from the execution of the extended visa.

To take the full benefit of this new step, the Foreign Affairs Ministry granted yacht tourists a chance to apply for the new extended visa via the Yacht Single Window. A website wherein yachts tourists of abroad can use to apply as well as get their new visas within 30 minutes.

The geographical location of Egypt makes the country perfect for drawing yacht tourism. The waterways of Egypt are connected with Europe and countries in Asia and Africa, and yachts under the new law can leave the country from any tourist port of their choice.
