Love is in the air at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. This February, plan a getaway tailored toward romance, choosing from indulgent treatments in the Spa, energizing outdoor fitness classes, al fresco dining and cozy time together in spacious casita guest room and suite accommodations.

“The natural beauty of our setting in the high desert – featuring towering saguaros and rugged mountain peaks – is the perfect backdrop for a couples getaway to remember,” says General Manager Kelley Moreton. “Begin the day with an energizing hike, relax poolside, dine together al fresco or arrange a private astronomy session under a blanket of Sonoran Desert stars.”

The Spa is featuring the “Love Me, Love Me Not” couples massage, concluding with a glass of sparkling wine, throughout the month of February 2022. Pricing begins at USD 380 per couple for a 60-minute treatment. Indulge together in a relaxing treatment, and linger longer to enjoy sunset cocktails at Onyx Bar and Lounge.

Talavera will offer a Valentine’s weekend menu of romantic options, with suggested wine pairings, Friday, February 11, through Sunday, February 13, 2022. Appetizers include choice of chilled oysters with caviar and saffron foam, or lamb albondigas, with beet raita, toasted pistachios and pomegranate molasses. For the main course, diners can opt for seared ribeye loin with foie gras, root vegetable and potato hash in a carrot red wine sauce, or pan-seared branzino, with spiced beet puree, parsnips, shaved fennel and broken blood orange vinaigrette. For a sweet finale, raspberry churros are served with cinnamon chile sugar and saffron chocolate fondue. All items are available a la carte, with wine pairings available for each course.

For a casual setting perfect for couples, families and friends, head to Proof, an American Canteen. The restaurant will highlight a specialty three-course menu to celebrate Valentine’s weekend, Friday, February 11, through Monday, February 14, 2022. The menu features lobster bisque with a gruyere puff pastry empanada; juniper and rosemary smoked bison tenderloin, with roasted cauliflower and red beet mash; and chocolate-covered strawberry ice cream almond cake for a sweet finale. Items are available a la carte, or for USD 228 per couple, with custom wine pairings.

Plan a Sonoran Desert getaway focused on romance with the Experience More package, offering a USD 100 credit with every two paid consecutive nights. Spend lazy days lounging poolside, relaxing in the comfort of a luxury cabana by the two-tier, heated saltwater pool. Guests also can take part in a weekly calendar of activities, including margarita demonstrations, craft beer tasting in Proof, guided hikes to nearby Pinnacle Peak and a rotating schedule of outdoor fitness and wellness classes.
